For Assistance in Implementing the Agreement and Partnership

Human Resources (HR)
HR can an assist with implementation questions especially those that are related to personnel matters such as salary, corrective action, grievances, etc. Human Resources also develops the timeline of dates that are critical to the implementation the transfer process, evaluation process, etc.

Area Superintendents Offices
The Area Superintendent offices can help with implementation questions and provide assistance such as the development of school schedules, district calendar matters, staff development, literacy, etc.

Core Team and Agreement Review Committee (ARC)
The Core Team will be brought together from time to time to work through major issues and concerns as they arise.

The Agreement Review Committee is composed of representatives from DCTA, Human Resources and the Area Superintendent offices and handles the day to day implementation of the Agreement and Partnership. It meets on a monthly basis (1st Wednesday of the month).

• On-going training will be developed by the Agreement Review Committee to assist with emerging issues related to the implementation of the Agreement and Partnership.

• Issues that need clarification may be brought to the attention of the ARC who may refer the matter to the Core Team for resolution.

• ARC will be in charge of making sure that up to date information is found on the DPS/DCTA Joint Website. As Question and Answer guides are developed for particular important topics and issues they will be posted on the site for your use.
